Types Of Membership
General Member 
Eligibility: General Membership is open to any individual
or entity that meets the following requirements:
- Has a collection of images
- Makes images accessible to licensees for licensing and distribution, either directly or indirectly
- Maintains a physical address with an office or headquarters
- Signs off on the PACA Code of Ethics as specified in the membership
application form
- Fulfills any membership requirements as set by the Membership
Committee and approved by the Executive Committee
Benefits: All General Members have the following rights
and privileges:
- Voting privileges
- Adding individuals to mailing lists for newsletter, voting, event notices, PACA Talk, etc.
- Downloading of legal documents—which includes business language on standard contracts, releases, etc.
- Receipt of newsletters, legal updates, surveys, event notices, and other announcements
- Access to password-protected member areas of the PACA website
- Inclusion in PACA's member directory and link to member website from PACA website
- Right to display PACA logo in appropriate area and manner
- Invitation to all PACA meetings (including the Annual International Conference, bi-annual symposiums, and others)
- Viewing and posting of members-only classified ads in online newsletter
- Participation in online PACA Talk discussion forum
- Participation in pacaSearch
- Other privileges as set by the Executive Committee
Application Process: All General Membership applicants
must download, complete and sign the appropriate application
form, sign
the PACA Code of Ethics, and submit the application (along with
membership dues payment) to the Membership Committee Head. Contact
information for the current Membership Committee Head is included
in the application form.
International Member 
Eligibility: International Membership is open to any individual
or entity that meets the requirements of General Membership
but does not staff an office in the United States or Canada.
Benefits:
- Adding individuals to mailing lists for newsletter, voting, event notices, PACA Talk, etc.
- Downloading of legal documents—which includes business language on standard contracts, releases, etc.
- Receipt of newsletters, legal updates, surveys, event notices, and other announcements
- Access to password-protected member areas of the PACA website
- Inclusion in PACA's member directory and link to member website from PACA website
- Right to display PACA logo in appropriate area and manner
- Invitation to all PACA meetings (including the Annual International Conference, bi-annual symposiums, and others)

Application Process: All International Membership applicants

form, sign the PACA Code of Ethics, and submit the application
(along with membership dues payment) to the Membership Committee

Friend Of PACA
Eligibility: Friend Of PACA Membership is open to any
individual who once was, and is not now, working for a PACA member
company, and wishes to remain involved with the organization. Friend Of PACA Membership is also applicable for an individual who is active in the stock photography community
and wishes to become involved in PACA—provided that such individual
does not fit into any other membership category and is approved
by the majority of the Executive Committee.
Benefits:
- Invitation to all PACA meetings (including the Annual International Conference, bi-annual symposiums, and others). PACA reserves the right to restrict certain portions
of the events to voting members.
- Access to password-protected member areas of the PACA website
- Inclusion in PACA's member directory and link to member website from PACA website
- Right to display PACA logo in appropriate area and manner
- Receipt of newsletters, legal updates, surveys, event notices, and other announcements
- Participation in online PACA Talk discussion forum
- Other privileges as set by the Executive Committee
Application Process: All Friend Of PACA applicants
must download, complete and sign the appropriate application
form, sign the PACA Code of Ethics, and submit the application
(along with membership dues payment) to the Membership Committee
Head. Contact information for the current Membership Committee
Head in included in the application form.
Corporate Sponsor
Eligibility: Corporate Sponsorship is open to any entity
or individual that meets the following requirements:
- Maintains a physical address with an office or headquarters
- Signs off on the PACA Code of Ethics as specified in the membership application form
- Shares, supports, and upholds PACA's interests for its growth and its voice on matters of members interest within
the industry
- Does not engage in the licensing or sale of images to other
businesses, or in association with other businesses
Benefits: Corporate Sponsors can choose from five levels
of participation. Benefits commensurate with each level
are as follows:
Platinum |
Committee membership, free table at PACA events (where tables are available), two free attendees for
two events, website link, listing in all PACA promotional
materials, and free insertion of marketing materials in event
packets. |
Gold |
Committee membership, 50%
discount on table at PACA events (where tables are available), one free attendee for two events, website
link, listing in all PACA promotional materials, and free insertion
of marketing materials in event packets. |
Silver |
Committee membership, one
free attendee for two events, website link, and listing
in all PACA promotional materials. |
Bronze |
Committee membership, one
free attendee for one event, website link, and listing
in all PACA promotional materials. |
Copper |
