The Marketing Hub

It’s back! While there will be many opportunities throughout the weekend, the Marketing Hub returns this year as the Conference’s primary networking area. The Hub is the place to find new distribution partners, check out the latest technologies and services, and schedule meetings with other Conference attendees. Book one of the tables pictured below for a solid, scheduled, on-site presence throughout the Conference weekend. Tables are limited, so book early to take advantage of this enormous networking opportunity.

You can register for the Conference and reserve your specific table online using your credit card. Please note that you must already be registered to attend the Conference before you can reserve a table in the Hub. Available tables are shown in the diagram below.

  • Price for PACA Members is $400. Price for non-members is $500. (Note: Platinum Level Corporate Sponsors are provided a Hub table at no charge. However, you must contact the PACA office to confirm your table number and res.)
  • This year, all of our Hub tables will include electricity and wireless Internet access! (While Internet will already be in place, please let us know in your registration if you’ll be needing electricity at your table.)
  • In addition, we are offering the ability to secure side-by-side tables for companies who wish to have a bigger presence in the Hub. You can register for both tables at the same time. Please include a second-choice set of tables in your two-table registration.
  • The tables in the Hub are 6 feet long and will be draped and include four chairs.
  • AV rentals such as monitors, projectors, etc., need to be reserved through the hotel.
  • You may begin setting up in the Hub, located in the Marriott's Chicago Ballroom, Salons F,G, & H at 8:00 AM on Saturday.
  • The Marketing Hub will be open to attendees from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping Instructions:

Please send your materials to arrive no earlier than October 14 and no later than October 18. Charges of $25 per box may be incurred for boxes arriving prior to October 14, 2012. Your boxes need to be marked for the Hub and be addressed as illustrated below. The hotel's handling charge is $10 to $25 per package depending on weight. This fee will be added to your room charge at some point during your stay.
