The "Hub"

Called 'The Hub' for a reason! Be loud, be proud, be part of PACA’s international marketplace for innovation and collaboration. Stock industry professionals attend the PACA International Conference to take advantage of this unparalleled networking opportunity. Expanded and more inclusive than ever, the 2010 Hub is the place to find new distribution partners and schedule meetings with Conference attendees.

You can register for the conference and reserve your specific table online using your credit card. Please note that you must already be registered to attend the conference before you can reserve a table in the Hub. Available tables are shown in the diagram below.

• Price for PACA Members is $490. Price for non-members is $590. (Note: Platinum Level Corporate Sponsors are provided a Hub table at no charge. However, you must contact the PACA office to confirm your table reservation.)
• This year, all of our Hub tables will include electricity and wireless Internet access!
• In addition, we are offering the ability to secure side-by-side tables for companies who wish to have a bigger presence in the Hub. You can register for both tables at the same time. Please include a second-choice set of tables in your two-table registration.
• The tables in the Hub are 6 feet long and will be draped and include four chairs.
• AV rentals such as monitors, projectors, etc., need to be reserved through the hotel. Please contact Scott Barbieri at +1 212/266-6167.
• You may begin setting up in the Hub, located in the Marriott's Grand Ballroom, at 8:00 AM on Saturday.
• The Hub will be open to attendees from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping Instructions:

Please send your materials to arrive no earlier than October 8 and no later than October 13. Charges of $25 per box may be incurred for boxes arriving prior to October 8, 2010. Your boxes need to be marked for the Hub and be addressed as illustrated below. The hotel's handling charge is $5 to $25 per package depending on weight. This fee will be added to your room charge at some point during your stay.
