Marketing Hub

Stock Industry professionals attend the PACA International Conference to meet their peers and build relationships. They are constantly looking for new ideas and new products to help grow their business You can take full advantage of this opportunity by reserving a table in this year’s PACA Marketing Hub. This is a great opportunity for you to schedule individual meetings with conference participants.

You can register for the conference and reserve your specific table online using your credit card. Please note that you must already be registered to attend the conference before you can reserve a table in the Marketing Hub. Available tables are shown in the diagram below.

• Price for PACA Members is $350. Price for non-members is $450.
  (Note: Platinum Level Corporate Sponsors are provided a Marketing Hub table at no-charge. However you must contact the PACA office to confirm your table reservation.)
• The tables in the marketing hub are 6 feet long and will be draped and include four chairs.
• Please indicate if you need a power hookup when reserving your table online. (There is no additional charge for power.)
• Wireless Internet hookup is available for $125.
• AV needs such as monitors, projectors, etc., need to be reserved through the hotel.
• You may begin setting up in the Marketing Hub, located in the Ocean Tower II Salons B & C, at 7:00 AM on Saturday.
• The Marketing Hub will be open to attendees from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.

Shipping Instructions:

Please send your materials to arrive no earlier than October 7 and no later than October 14. Your boxes need to be marked for the Marketing Hub and be addressed as illustrated below. The hotel's handling charge is $5 to $25 per package depending on weight. This fee will be added to your room charge at some point during your stay.
